There are definite perks to having a significant other who is a professional painter/handyman! Over the Easter holiday, he refurbished my vintage vanity and repainted it in lucious tints of white and enchanted princess pink. He used bright white semi-gloss paint on the drawers and bench and satin finish pink paint on the table. He even reupholstered the bench cushion with this shabby chic polka dot fabric. The addition of two bejeweled cat pendants on each leg makes it the purr-fect writing desk for this seamaiden!
