Seamaiden Crab Imperial
I love to surprise the Seamaster after a long day/night at the sea salt mines with the ultimate crab dish.
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 tbsp. capers
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lb. lump crab meat
1/3 cup panko
1 tbsp. Old Bay
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the first six ingredients in a large bowl. Fold in crab meat. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe casserole. Top with panko and Old Bay. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve on the appropriate sea-themed dinnerware!
